		<description>The venture was pushed back until WordPress got certain ducks lined up and it made sense to push a community marketing initiative. Fortunately, it seems the community is &lt;a href="http://codex.wordpress.org/Fundraising_and_Promotions" rel="nofollow"&gt;self-organizing&lt;/a&gt;, and when the time comes, we might consider building better tools than a wiki to support those efforts.

The first idea I had for this initiative seems to have ended up as the November &lt;a href="http://codex.wordpress.org/Fundraising_and_Promotions/Wordsmith" rel="nofollow"&gt;project of the month&lt;/a&gt;, and I think by then it will make sense to start moving this larger infrastructure venture forward.

The logo mockup was just a random stab at something since Matt had been discussing the branding overhaul at the time... so it's pretty much a simple doodle!</description>
