    I haven’t heard of half of those sites/companies.
    Google throws my way:

    Flock: No clue (Wired says it’s a Firefox-based browser); I can tell it’s target demographics real easy tho.
    Wink: Google is of no use (did you mean winks club? msn winks? the perfect night’s sleep in a luxurious bedroom?)
    Odeo: everyone loves podcasts! no obvious way of making money! we’re so late to the game it hurts!
    SocialText: Wikipedia, but for companies, jazzier interface. Benefit to the casual user is unknown.

    The amount of overhype behind pairing 4 relatively obscure web-services next to four heavy trendy tech hitters makes my head spin.
