We all have pet projects and Bar Camp is a great venue to come and give and share feedback in a very open environment. While the current list of attendees is fairly techie, I think many of us are more like "Renaissance Coders" in that we dabble in many things -- one of which just happens to be technology. Well, pretty much anyone with an interesting idea or project who wants to talk to other people about it. We all have pet projects and Bar Camp is a great venue to come and give and share feedback in a very open environment.
