Great idea! We did basically this same thing at Yahoo! a few weeks ago and it was an enormous success (see Chad Dickerson’s post about it: http://www.chaddickerson.com/blog/2005/12/10/hack-day-at-yahoo/). I’m very curious to see what you all build.

Do you know what you want to mashup yet? Niall and I were talking recently about creating some standard RSS aggregator APIs that others could mash into new kinds of RSS aggregators; thats one possibility.

David Berlind and I have been chatting for a couple of weeks about his terrific idea for Mash Up Camp. The idea is similar to Tag Camp and Bar Camp, where anyone, developers to start up founders to big company…
