I've been using it since last  night and I've decided that microformats are absolutley awesome. It didn't really catch on with me till this extension. I gues the 7 stages of Microformats are pretty consistant with what I'm going through at the moment :D

Not entirely unrelated, I recently wrote an article about the existing start pages (like My Yahoo!), why I think they don't have it right, and what start pages of tomorrow ought to look like.  I think this could be related to where Flock is headed.  I've also mocked up an image to explain my thinking.
