		<description>Yahoo has tons of great DHTML hackers and code (actually, like most big web companies, they've got more code than people who remember what it was written for). They'd be kinda silly to buy a company to get an open source toolkit they can use for free anyway.

If anyone will be acquiring Jot, it would be for their amazing server-side platform, loyal customers, and the outstanding team that's making it the best thing for collaboration since stone tablets.</description>
