It would make a perfect citizenspace-type shared office, with beautiful light through huge windows. It used to be the top story to Cotrell's used furniture. Now it sits over a car rental space, near a couple of citycarshare type lots, and centrally located to just about everything. Next to Bahai Center. Good luck to you two. Godspeed.
