Understanding the path from an independent group's work on open specifications to industry-wide adoption of those specs (which becomes standard) is very critical for the open web. This complex path, that is how to go from initial spec to a standard, itself should be open-sourced for a healthier web and it is helpful that you share your experience about it.</description>
