As if there wasn’t enough already for you to read, I’ve gone and setup a Coworking blog. Anyone who wants to author it (and is involved in the coworking movement), let me know as I won’t have time to post much personally.

Good news for GTD’ers and folks who like Merlin Mann’s (10+2)*5 productivity hack, shareware app FlexTime now supports Growl.

Keeping an eye on Checkout & Disco

I love Jasper Hauser’s work on AppZapper, Camino, Adium and elsewhere. Lately he’s been working with some other folks on Checkout and Disco. Neither are publicly available yet, but I’m definitely eager to give them a spin once they’re released.

Devshop leaves private beta

If you’ve been waiting to give Devshop a try, now’s your chance as they exit from private beta into the public testing grounds. Sign ups for the beta are now open.

xTorrent public beta now available

Dave Watanabe is at it again. The creator of NewsFireRSS and P2P app AcquisitionX has released a BitTorrent app called xTorrent whose interface looks strangely similar to BitRocket. Nevertheless, definitely worth a look.

Outfoxed tries going Lijit

Browser-based trust aggregator Outfoxed has been rebranded as Lijit and launched a new beta site (built on Drupal — which seems to be having some issues… ah well).

Lijit essentially allows you to connect with friends and based on how much you trust them, use them or their connections to filter search results or “advise you” on the legitimacy of any arbitrary website. You can sign up for the beta on the homepage.

iTunes 7 breaks VolumeLogic

According to their website, audio enhancement plugin VolumeLogic no longer works in iTunes 7. I swear by this plugin and am totally bummed that it doesn’t work anymore; recommended steps are to hold off upgrading to iTunes 7 (too late me!) or to wait it out. <<sniff>>
