In the trenches against the RIAA

Denise Howell pointed to a Slashdot interview with two lawyers from Vandenberg & Feliu, LLP in New York who are in the precarious position of both defending against claims wrought by the RIAA and blogging about it. It seems that their play by play is now in danger of being outlawed. Seriously. WTF. They’re hitting us on all sides.
